Board & Advisory Council
Each Membership section is represented by an Advisory Council that takes an active role in the development of association programs and initiatives.
The PBA Board of Directors is an appointed position. The role of the Board of Directors includes setting the general priorities of the Association, approving its annual budget, and making other major management and operating decisions for the Association.
The role of the Advisory Council is to make recommendations to the Board of Directors on projects for individual Sections and the Association as a whole. The volunteer commitment of a PBA Advisory Council member is a few hours per month, which varies throughout the year.

- Salon/Spa

This is an elected position. The application period for the 2027 Advisory Council elections is now open. The application deadline is July 15, 2026.
