As a salon professional, it’s important to reach out and get to know your community. A healthy and flourishing community is an important component to your thriving business and career. The role you play within your community will not be designated by anyone else. It’s up to you to take action. You are an important part of your local community… not to mention the entire beauty industry.

Use the Power of Beauty to be a Leader in Your Community

It’s important that we look beyond ourselves to those who may be in need of assistance or support, whether it’s in your own community, or fellow members of the industry. More often than not, individuals don’t realize just how much simple gestures can mean to those struggling in a time of great need. The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) provides great resources and opportunities for salon professionals to get involved to make a difference in the lives of those who need our help.
