Please note: Some of our committees have time commitments and size limitations. A representative from our team will follow up with you to determine the right fit for your interests.

Become a PBA Ambassador

PBA Ambassadors are current members of the association that warmly welcome new members to PBA by simply making a phone call or sending an email. During the call, Ambassadors share why they initially joined the association and also let new members know how they drive value from their membership. Ambassadors also sport a gray 'Ambassador' ribbon at all PBA signature events. We are eternally grateful for their help with on-boarding every new member and encourage you to say "hello" the next time you see them at an event. Many thanks to all of our PBA Ambassadors!

PBA Advisory Council

The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) needs you! Here is your chance to serve on a PBA Advisory Council and become a leader in the association that is dedicated to advancing our industry. The Advisory Council is the representative council for your membership section of the PBA. They represent your membership section and make recommendations to the PBA Board of Directors. The commitment is a few hours per month, which varies throughout the year, and may include travel to meetings.

PBA annually seeks two individuals from each of the following membership sections to serve in leadership positions:
  • Beauty Professional/NCA
  • Distributor
  • Manufacturer
  • Salon/Spa
This is your chance to:
  • Play a significant role in advancing your profession;
  • Enhance the value of the Professional Beauty Association within the professional community;
  • Exchange ideas and perspectives with other volunteer leaders.
